Create a PDF of the Map
  1. Choose Page Orientation - Portrait or Landscape.
  2. Choose a Page Size.
  3. Enter a Title for the map.
  4. Click the "Create Print Page" button.
  5. A new window or tab will open containing the PDF.
  6. Print or Save the PDF file from the browser window.
  7. PDF file sizes can reach 2 mb and take up to 1 minute to generate.
  8. This Prints only the Map window.

Saving and Opening Maps
  • The Map itself, any Selected Parcels, and any Graphics can be saved for later use or for sharing.
  • This does not save the map to a document - It saves the Website in its current state. If you would like to save a document to disk, use the "Print" functionality.
  • To Save, type in a name for your map and click the "Save" button. You will be prompted to save the map file.
  • To Open a Saved Map, "Browse" for a saved map file and click "Open".

Mailing Label Creation Guidlines
  1. Choose to make Mailing Labels for Owner Address or for Property Address.
  2. Enter a Buffer Distance in Feet if desired.
  3. Addresses can be selected by interacting with the map using the provided tools or by simply choosing a region.
  4. Mailing Labels will be generated and opened in a new browser window for printing or saving.
Notes:
  *Limited to 1500 mailing labels - *Avery style 5160

  • Parcel Boundary: Uses boundary of clicked parcel.
  • Point: Draw a single point.
  • Line: Draw a single line or a line w/multiple vertices. Double-click to finish.
